The current rise in cases of domestic violence poses a serious challenge to the
Surabaya City Government. One of the steps that must be taken is to formulate and
implement a policy in the context of prevention and resolution. This research aims to analyze
the challenges in implementing the PUSPAGA program within an evidence-based policy
frame. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive type and interactive model
analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman. Research in policy making tends to be
ignored, evidence based policy has not been able to make the program achieve the envisioned
goals and still needs improvement in the steps in making it, Pew MachArthur has prepared a
working framework in the form of 5 backup components to make evidence based policy. As
an improvement, researchers suggest optimizing the programs created by the government
and conducting research for improvements in order to achieve the goal of improving the
welfare of society.

Poverty is a condition of economic inability to fulfill the average standard of living of people in an area. One of the programmes established by the government to reduce the burden on the community in fulfilling basic needs is the Non-Cash Food Assistance Programme (BPNT). The implementation of the BPNT programme at the Regency/Region level is under the control of the Subang Regency Social Service, which is part of the Food Social Assistance Coordination Team and is supported by other government agencies and departments. Coordination is key in supporting the success of a programme. The basic mechanisms in achieving coordination are the vital components of management, namely managerial hierarchy, rules and procedures and the establishment of plans and objectives. The purpose of this research is to describe the role and function of stakeholder coordination as well as obstacles or barriers to coordination between relevant stakeholders in the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Programme (BPNT) in Subang District. The results of this study show that aspects of the managerial hierarchy have been carried out, rules and procedures have been implemented and the determination of plans and objectives has been prepared since the start of activity planning, but the results are still not optimal.

Through the use of a holistic analytical methodology, the study results show that effective implementation of quality management principles contributes to significant improvements in productivity and quality of employee performance. The findings also highlight the crucial role of quality management in shaping an adaptive, collaborative, and innovation- oriented organizational culture. The implication is that good quality management implementation can provide a strong foundation for organizational growth through improved individual performance and the establishment of an inclusive corporate identity.

Family Card is one of the important documents in population administration. Therefore, Family card services must have a certain quality in order to provide the best service to the community. The purpose of this research was to determine the quality of service and to determine the supporting factors in fulfilling the quality of family card services. In carrying out a satisfactory service, the Purwosari Sub-District Office, Purwosari district also applies strategies to improve the performance of the apparatus. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research process involves asking questions and procedures, collecting data from participants, analyzing inductively, interpreting the meaning of the data. From the research conducted, it shows that the quality of Family Card services at the Purwosari sub-district, Purwosari district viewed from the dimensions of reliability, physical evidence (tangibles), responsiveness, assurance, and empathy is good, although there are not optimal. The strategy implemented is the core strategy includes the vision and mission, the consequence strategy includes reward and punishment, the customer strategy is also detailed in the Service Operational Standards, Public Service Standards and service announcements. The control strategy is the authority delegation from the Population and Civil Registration Office and the authority delegation to the Ombudsman as well as cultural strategies by implementing 5S they are Senyum (smile), Sapa (addressing), Salam (greetings), Sopan (courtesy), and Santun (manners) and morning assembly activities. In an effort to improve the quality of Family Card services, there are supporting factors that can affect service quality. The supporting factors in fulfilling the quality of Family Card services which include the behavior of the apparatus and the capabilities of the apparatus are also quite good.

Analysis Of Archiving In The Kaliangkrik District Religious Affairs Office

This research aims to analyze the archiving and document management process at the Kaliangkrik Religious Affairs Office (KUA) and identify the challenges in archiving practices. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews with the head of the KUA and staff who handle archives. Research data was also collected by directly observing the archiving process at KUA Kaliangkrik. Apart from that, research data was also collected through documentation studies. The research results show that the KUA Kaliangkrik archiving process is carried out carefully, ensuring conformity between data and recording. However, the main challenges faced are limited human resources, inconsistent external data updates, changes in filing systems, and technological infrastructure constraints. Although information technology and electronic systems benefit document access, saving physical space, and document protection, technological infrastructure that has yet to be optimized is an obstacle. In maintaining the security and confidentiality of documents, KUA Kaliangkrik has implemented measures such as using passwords to access electronic documents and storing physical documents in safe cabinets or safes. However, collaboration between archive officers, IT, and KUA management needs to be improved to maintain the security of stored documents. Training archivists, coordinating with external parties, updating electronic filing systems, and increasing document security are steps that can be taken to improve the effectiveness of archiving. By overcoming these challenges, archiving and document management at KUA Kaliangkrik can be more efficient, provide good service, and maintain the security of stored documents.

Implementation Of Public Information Disclosure Policy (Kip) Through The Village Information System (Sid) In Bandung District (Case Study In Kutawaringin District)

The research conducted by the researcher is located in Kutawaringin District, Bandung Regency. The background of this research is to determine the extent to which the implementation of public information disclosure policies have been implemented in village public bodies, to see whether the Public Information Policy has been implemented through the Village Information System. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative method with case studies, with data collection techniques carried out by researchers, namely by means of observation, interviews, and document studies. The theory that will be used as a guide in this research is the theory of policy implementation from George C. Edward III and public information that must be published according to Law No. 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information. The results of the study indicate that the policy of public information disclosure through the village information system in the villages of the Kutawaringin sub-district has not been implemented properly, this is due to disturbances in transmission in communicating the substance of the policy, the capacity of human resources in the village is not yet ready to implement the policy, the village head does not understand the importance of implementing the policy so that the delegation of orders is not binding and there is no effort to make it happen, either the formation of regulations, team formation, funding, or consistency in its implementation.

This research will conduct a qualitative descriptive analysis based on the SERVQUAL framework at the Pilot Religious Affairs Office in Kaliangkrik District. Kaliangkrik District was chosen as the research location because it reflects the dynamics of urban development, which represents challenges in providing optimal services. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data was collected using observation and interviews. The research sources were the head of the KUA, employees, and the community. The results of this research show positive aspects of KUA services, such as the responsiveness of officers to community needs, clarity of service procedures, and efforts to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office. However, several areas were also identified that required further attention, such as improvements in the provision of information and maintenance of the physical condition of facilities.

This research aims to find out the quality of the rehabilitation section services at the Palu City National Narcotics Agency Office. The type of research used is qualitative research. The determination of informants was carried out purposively. The types of data used are primary and interactive data from Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The theory used is the theory of Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry in Pasolong (2007). The results of the research show that the quality of services of the Rehabilitation Section at the Palu City National Narcotics Agency Office cannot be said to be effective so that the output produced is not optimal and in accordance with the quality of public services. Despite the many obstacles and problems that occur when providing services to the community regarding the provision of services in the rehabilitation section at the Palu City National Narcotics Agency Office. There is a need to increase the provision of services to the community, especially in terms of rehabilitation services to people who abuse drugs, both in terms of mentoring and providing moral support to victims of drug abuse. Thus, the researchers draw the conclusion that the quality of the rehabilitation section services at the Palu City National Narcotics Agency Office is not optimal.

Rural land and building tax is a tax implemented in every region that is imposed on land and buildings except for plantation, forestry and mining activities. The main problem in this research is the ineffectiveness of rural and urban land and building tax revenue in 2020-2022 which has not yet reached the target for 2021 and 2022 due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on the economic condition of taxpayers so that they cannot pay their tax bills and There are still taxpayers whose level of compliance is minimal. The ineffectiveness of rural and urban property and land tax revenue at the Bekasi City Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) gave rise to the idea of finding out the reasons for this and what solutions could make revenue more effective. Data collection techniques include: documentation, observation, interviews and literature study. The results of this research show that the effectiveness of rural and urban land and building tax revenue at the Bekasi City Bapenda has not been effective. This is because the database of tax objects and taxpayers at the Bekasi City Bapenda does not carry out data collection again from 2019 to 2023 so that the data used in issuing tax payable notification letters tends to be inaccurate and active collection through forced letters has not been carried out.

Sade Tourism Village plays an important role as a cultural tourism destination that maintains the cultural heritage of the Sasak tribe through daily life practices and the architectural characteristics of its buildings. As a tourism destination, tourism components such as attractions, accessibility, amenities and ancillaries in the Sade Tourism Village are crucial aspects that require careful planning and management to ensure the continued existence of the destination. This research aims to identify and analyze the existing conditions of the Sade Tourism Village, so that recommendations for developing 4A components can be prepared that can support the sustainability of tourism activities in the Sade Tourism Village. This research was conducted in the Sade Tourism Village which is located in Rembitan Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. Data collection methods include field observations, interviews with relevant stakeholders and literature studies to understand destination dynamics, map existing conditions, identify problems and formulate strategic recommendations. The data was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis approach to describe and explain the information collected and formulate recommendations that are appropriate to the context and conditions of the Sade Tourism Village. The research results describe the existing conditions of attractions, accessibility, amenities and ancillaries in Sade Tourism Village, as well as the development needs required. The resulting recommendations include maintaining and improving the main attractions of the village; improving infrastructure and tourism support facilities in villages; as well as increasing active promotion and marketing.

PAI supervisors are responsible for ensuring that the Islamic learning process takes place effectively following established standards. One of the duties of supervisors of Islamic religious education is to monitor national PAI standards, which is vital in maintaining the quality of learning. This research aims to determine the role of Islamic Religious Education supervisors in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning in Salaman District, Magelang Regency. Researchers used a qualitative approach with collection methods in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis method uses Miles and Huberman's interactive (flow) model, which includes data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification to obtain data in-depth and interactively. The results of this research indicate that the role of PAI Supervisors in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning in Salaman District, Magelang Regency, is 1) Preparation of supervisory work programs. 2) Collecting data on teachers' real needs and problems faced by teachers. 3) Activate the Madrasah Islamic Religious Education Working Group. 4) Maximize the implementation of supervisory duties. 5) Providing technical support for learning management and good learning examples.

The Denpasar City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP) has utilized information technology by implementing Electronically Integrated Business Licensing or Online Single Submission (OSS). OSS is a business licensing system issued electronically by the OSS institution on behalf of the minister, head of the institution, governor or regent/mayor to business actors. The aim is to reduce bureaucracy and speed up the business licensing process which was previously complicated and took a lot of time. However, the implementation of OSS in issuing Micro and Small Business Permits (IUMK) in Denpasar City is not yet optimal because some business actors still do not understand the system. This research uses a qualitative approach to understand more deeply the phenomena related to fees in the licensing process. Carried out at the Denpasar City DPMPTSP Office because Denpasar City has implemented E-Government and is the capital of Bali Province. Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 concerning OSS is the legal basis for implementing electronically integrated business licensing for IUMK
